I have to say that this is one of the only pieces written outside the HR press that really seems to 'get' the profession and the realistic challenges it faces in gaining credibility with it's business peers. If you can couple HR's courage of their convictions with an innovative approach, never settling for the 'always done it this way' brigade, HR has a real chance to proudly change business for the better.
