We had a great time today at The Hospital Private Members Club hosting a round table discussion with 18 HR Leaders on How HR Can Add Value in the Recession. Developing the Innovators of Tomorrow

Last week MOK delivered his first class as a guest lecturer to the first year students on the MA in Innovation Management at Central St Martins.

"The main focus for the talk was how to build a sustainable innovation culture in an organisation. I talked about the importance of Vision, Relentless Communication, Leadership, Environment and Talent Management. It seemed to go down well and there were lots of questions and follow on emails"

We plan to be back at St Martins again this term, so watch this space!
